Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the eyewear in its original packaging to prevent damage and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
